When I began to further my education and training as a Spiritual Guide and Healer, I sought a Shaman program to study under.  The search was difficult, and confusing.  What exactly did it mean to be Shaman in a modern world?  It became clear that when villages melted into towns and cities, the word Shaman evolved into a more general term for Healer.  That it has always represented an individual who provided healing to their community.  And that mysticism is what you make of it.

As I looked at various ways to acquire training and started reading more about what a native Shaman really does, I pieced together a pattern that was deeply woven with the threads of classes I currently teach.  With 20+ year old roots in Massage Therapy training and Energy Balancing work, I could see the aspect of the Energy Body come into the picture of Shaman ways.  More threads of familiarity reached back through years of creating and building personal ceremonies and altar creations, practicing deep meditative states and journeys, as well as teaching these ways to others. Guiding them as they learn their own style of the craft. And I started to see the aspect of Spiritualism and Personal Power come into the picture as well.  What more is the way of the Shaman, than that which is at its base a series of ritual and ceremony.  And A Connection with Universal Energy. 

There is a need in the Spiritual Community for a comprehensive program that offers easy access for all who hear the Healers call.  The world has become such a small community when it comes to access of information but imagine the true impact and reach if we each started with healing ourselves and our circle of people.

Join myself and other healers as we journey on the path of the Modern Shaman.  Meeting one Sunday a month for seven months, we will break down and review in depth each aspect of becoming a Modern Shaman. As well as completing Rituals designed to enrich each step of the way.  You will finish the program with knowledge and understanding of your own tools and ways to heal, having gained a deep connection to your Spirituality, Guides and Universal Energy..
